Who Can Use the CRC App?
The CRC app is open to everyone. California Recovery Center (CRC), a Joint Commission–accredited addiction treatment center in Roseville, California, built the app for three groups of people. Each group gets access that fits where they are in recovery.
Current CRC Clients
If you’re in treatment at CRC, the app helps you stay on track between sessions. You can check in, track your sobriety, and keep helpful resources close at hand.
CRC Alumni
If you completed treatment at CRC, you’re still part of our community, whether you finished last month or years ago. Alumni get every feature in the app, plus a space just for alumni to connect.
Anyone in Recovery
You don’t need to be a CRC client to use the app. If you’re early in recovery or working to protect long-term sobriety, the core features are free and open to you.
How Does the CRC App Protect Your Privacy?
Recovery is personal, and the CRC app is built with that in mind. There is no public profile, so you are never on display to the general public. There is also no algorithmic feed, which means nothing you see is ranked or chosen by an algorithm.
CRC staff verify registrations to give each person the right level of access. The alumni User Directory is open only to CRC alumni who completed treatment.

An Alumni Recovery App That Keeps You Connected
Just for CRC alumni
Finishing treatment is a milestone, not the end of support. CRC alumni get every feature in the app, plus three tools made just for them.
The Community Feed is where alumni share wins and encourage each other. The Meeting Finder helps you find available support meetings near you. Alumni Engagement includes an event calendar, so you can see upcoming alumni events and stay connected with CRC.
What Features Does the CRC App Include?
The CRC app includes nine features. Six are free for everyone, and three are reserved for CRC alumni.
Crisis Support connects you to the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline through Contact Support in the app. The Meeting Finder helps you find AA, NA, SMART Recovery, and Recovery Dharma meetings. The Resources section offers tools and information to support your recovery. All three are available to everyone.
Check-ins let you pause and note how you’re doing. The Sobriety Tracker counts your days so you can see how far you’ve come. Milestones help you mark and celebrate the steps along the way. All three are available to everyone.
The Community Feed, User Directory, and Alumni Engagement tools are for CRC alumni only. Together, they help you share wins, find fellow alumni, and keep up with alumni events on the event calendar.
