These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of California Recovery Center’s websites, landing pages, and online forms that link to or reference these Terms (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. California Recovery Center (“CRC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a California corporation headquartered in Roseville, California. 

Not Medical Advice; No Provider–Patient Relationship

The Site provides general information about CRC and its addiction treatment services for informational purposes only. Content on the Site is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. Using the Site, submitting a form, or contacting us through the Site does not create a provider–patient relationship. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions about a medical condition. 

Medical Emergencies

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Do not use the Site or its forms to request emergency assistance; they are not monitored in real time. 

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you are 18 or older and able to enter into these Terms. 

Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial, informational use. You agree not to: 

1. Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms; 
2. Copy, scrape, crawl, harvest, or reproduce content except as permitted for personal use; 
3. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems; 
4. Introduce viruses or malicious code, or interfere with the Site’s operation or security; 
5. Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information, or impersonate another person; 
6. Use the Site to infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others. 

Submissions Through the Site

When you submit information through a contact, admissions, insurance-verification, or similar form, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Please do not submit detailed medical or other sensitive information through general Site forms; our team will provide secure methods where appropriate. Your submissions are handled in accordance with our Website Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Notice of Privacy Practices. 

Communications Consent

By providing your telephone number or email through the Site and opting in where prompted, you consent to receive communications from CRC related to your inquiry, which may include calls, text messages, and emails. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time by replying STOP to texts, using the unsubscribe link in emails, or contacting us. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of receiving services.  

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — are owned by CRC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you. “California Recovery Center” and related marks may not be used without our prior written permission. 

Third-Party Links and Content

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and resources that we do not control. We provide these for convenience and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms. 

Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Website Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Protected health information CRC holds as a health care provider is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information on the Site is complete or current. The Site may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
