FAQs
Is this confidential?
Yes. Your call and any information you share with our admissions team stay confidential. We follow HIPAA and California privacy requirements, and we only discuss your situation with people you authorize.
What if it’s not me — it’s someone I love?
That’s one of the most common reasons people reach out. We can walk you through how to support a loved one, what to expect from treatment, and how to start the conversation. You can also help with insurance verification while they decide.
How fast can someone be admitted?
It depends on clinical need, bed availability, and insurance authorization — not a one-size answer. On your first call we’ll give you a real timeline for your situation, including whether same-day or next-day admission is possible.
Do you accept insurance?
We work with most major insurance carriers. Submit the verification form on this page or call 866-864-1986 and an admissions specialist will check benefits, usually within minutes to a few hours depending on the payor.
What levels of care do you offer?
Medically supervised detox, residential inpatient, and outpatient programs (including options that may include telehealth). We’ll help match the right level of care after a clinical assessment.
Can someone be admitted the same day they call?
Yes — when someone is ready, we move quickly. Call 866-864-1986 and our admissions team can often begin the process the same day. We’ll walk you through what to expect and help coordinate everything so the transition is as smooth as possible.
Please note that all admissions are scheduled by phone; we are not able to accommodate walk-ins.
Where are you located?
Our Roseville campuses include residential and outpatient locations. Primary admissions contact address: 920 Reserve Drive, Suite 180, Roseville, CA 95678. Ask admissions which campus fits the recommended level of care.
What should I bring / what happens first?
Have insurance card (if any), photo ID, and a list of current medications ready. We’ll complete a confidential assessment, review coverage or payment options, and map next steps — including medically supervised detox when withdrawal risk requires it.
Is detox the same as rehab?
No. Detox helps the body stabilize safely under medical supervision. Rehab (residential or outpatient) addresses the behavioral, emotional, and clinical work of recovery. Many clients begin with detox, then step into the next level of care with us.
