CRC at the 28th LAP Conference

Posted on|

California Recovery Center (CRC) was pleased to take part in the 28th Labor Assistance Professionals (LAP) Conference that occurred last week. Our Director of Business Development, Nathan Desrys, attended the event in Las Vegas from July 17-21. The LAP attendees consist of individuals working in the mental health and substance abuse field throughout the United States and Canada.

“It was a great opportunity to connect with others in our field and see how they are shaping the conversation around mental health.” said our CRC representative. “It is always uplifting to see how many other like-minded individuals are out there trying to improve mental health and SUD outreach and solutions.”

The conference, which boasted 350 participants from last year’s convention, is a chance to educate about alcohol and substance use treatment. The LAP was formed to ensure the continued availability of mental health and SUD services and promote such services within the workplace.

California Recovery Center is a treatment facility for addiction and mental health in Roseville, that allows individuals the opportunity to work towards sobriety while creating minimal impact on both their personal and professional lives.
