Job Summary:
The Senior Clinical Outreach Representative plays a pivotal role in driving California Recovery Center’s growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. The Senior Clinical Outreach Representative position requires a proactive approach to building a robust network of potential partners, nurturing long-term relationships, and ensuring the continuous expansion of the CRC’s market presence.
The Senior Clinical Outreach Representative will work closely with the Admissions Team and report to the Director of Clinical Outreach and Partnerships to align business strategies, optimize lead generation efforts, and contribute to revenue growth.
The performance of the Senior Clinical Outreach Representative will be assessed based on outcome measurements that define productivity and key performance indicators (KPIs). These metrics will include, but are not limited to, the number of new partnerships established, revenue growth from business development efforts, lead conversion rates, and overall contribution to company objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience in a related field will be considered.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the Behavioral Health industry.
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enrollment/admissions/customer relationship management software (e.g., Salesforce, Kipu).
- Experience with CRM systems and data tracking is highly desirable.
- Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
- Completion of health screening, including a negative TB test and drug screening results.

Driving Requirements:
- Must have a valid ID such as CA ID or Driver’s License to provide evidence of vehicle insurance and be insurable under the company’s insurance policy.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally and regionally for outreach activities, including site visits, networking events, and community engagement.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, to accommodate outreach schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with potential business partners to drive growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing business partners to ensure continued collaboration and revenue generation.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close business agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Track and report on business development activities, progress, and performance metrics.
- This role requires significant time in the field engaging directly with potential and existing business partners through in-person meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Communication will be maintained via telecommunications, including phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings. The position may require occasional travel to meet with key stakeholders and explore new business opportunities.
- Document outreach activities via the customer relationship management software
- Schedule and conduct weekly appointments as outlined in the Senior Clinical Outreach Representative’s Objectives and Milestones Plan.
- Research market trends, patterns, practices, and opportunities, and develop outreach plans aligned with current industry data.
- Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve defined objectives and organizational goals.
- Complete all required annual professional development and compliance training.
- Perform other duties as assigned
