Before submitting your online payment, you MUST enter the EXACT name, email address, and phone number that you provided at enrollment with the California Recovery Center DUI Program.


If the information entered does not match our enrollment records, your payment may NOT be applied to your account and may result in delays or processing issues.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards. All payments must be made through the secure online portal.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Our payment portal uses encrypted, PCI-compliant processing to ensure your personal and financial information is fully protected.

Will I receive a receipt or confirmation?

Yes. You will automatically receive an email confirmation after your payment is successfully processed. Please keep this for your records.

What is your refund policy?

Program fees paid in advance for services not yet received are refundable. If you are dismissed, any eligible refund will be issued within 90 days, calculated based on the approved per-unit service rate. Program fees paid for services already provided or attended are not refundable.

What happens after I complete my payment?

Once your payment is processed, your account will be updated by our team. You may continue attending your scheduled DUI Program sessions as required. No additional steps are needed on your end.

What happens if I miss a scheduled payment?

If a payment is missed, your account may be placed on hold until the balance is cleared. This may also affect your program attendance status. Please contact our office immediately to avoid delays in your progress.

Can I update my payment method after enrollment?

Yes. You may update or change your payment method through the secure payment portal. Or you may contact us, and we’ll assist you in securely updating your information.
