More About Rayna
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Rayna has a holistic approach to therapy that takes into account the individual’s psychological, social, and cultural contexts, and considers the impact of their interpersonal relationships on their mental health. She uses evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and emotionally focused therapy to help clients develop coping skills, improve communication, and strengthen their emotional bonds with their partners and family members.
She has a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and achieved a higher level of education and training in the field of mental health counseling, which enables her to provide more informed and effective counseling services to clients such as those who have faced substance use disorders, trauma, abuse, and grief.
With her military background, Rayna has a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by service members and their families. She is dedicated to supporting veterans and active-duty personnel in their mental health journeys and helping them to access the resources they need to thrive.
In all of her work, Rayna strives to create a safe and supportive environment where her clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. She is committed to helping them develop the tools and skills they need to overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential.
