Lance served in law enforcement for over two decades. He self-medicated with alcohol when some of the incidents began to haunt him. In 2017, he found help through treatment. He volunteered at the same treatment center when he retired. He was hired instead and started as a clinical technician. He was promoted eventually to alumni coordinator.
Later, he learned about California Recovery Center. The company’s vision resonated with his, and so he started his journey with us as a recovery specialist. He looks forward to growing with the team and to helping more people, especially first responders.
