California Recovery Center (CRC) was pleased to spend the 4th of July holiday with the Roseville community by participating in the Downtown Roseville Holiday Parade. As a locally owned business, we were happy to celebrate and gather with our Roseville neighbors, while passing out balloons along the parade route.
Both staff, patients, and former patients, now part of CRC’s alumni program, were in attendance. One participant stated, “We were all so pleased to have the opportunity to get together and enjoy the holiday.” they continued, “Everyone had such great energy!”
The concept behind CRC’s float was centered around mental health. Our slogan “Free Your Emotions, Love Your Mental Health,” was displayed prominently on our float and was designed to promote conversations around mental health. We want individuals to be able to express their feelings and emotions in a positive, healthy way and nurture their own mental health.
Members of California Recovery Center are always looking for ways to engage with the local community through holiday parades, markets, and other events. The team believes it’s important to get out and interact with fellow residents, to let them know we are here to support them!
